C-50 Substantial Completion of Orange Park High School Roof Replacement Building 4 (Gymnasium)
Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. Substantial Completion was achieved on May 26, 2011. This phase of the project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (McCullar & Boatright Architects, P.A.), is substantially complete and in accordance with the project documents. Contractor: J. Register Company, Inc.
Recommended Action
Approve Substantial Completion.
